Tar Heel Legal Services is a subsidiary of GSM Investigative Group, and our team is responsible for performing premier services such as Service of Process, Notary Public Services, Fingerprinting Services, and Passport Photo Services.
Tar Heel Legal Services is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and provides professional process service utilizing ServeManager software. Our local service area encompasses cities throughout Central North Carolina including but not limited to Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Creedmoor, Oxford, Henderson, Wake Forest, Hillsborough, and Chapel Hill. *Mileage fees may apply in certain areas.

Scott is the President Tar Heel Legal Services. Scott has worked in the federal, local, and private law enforcement sectors and earned an Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate from the North Carolina Training and Standards in 2014 after 25 years of law enforcement experience.
