Tar Heel Legal Services is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and provides professional process service utilizing ServeManager software. Our local service area encompasses cities throughout Central North Carolina including but not limited to Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Creedmoor, Oxford, Henderson, Wake Forest, Hillsborough, and Chapel Hill. *Mileage fees may apply in certain areas.
Scott is the President Tar Heel Legal Services. Scott has worked in the federal, local, and private law enforcement sectors and earned an Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate from the North Carolina Training and Standards in 2014 after 25 years of law enforcement experience.
Marissa is the Legal Services Manager and also a Private Investigator Associate with over 15 years of human resource specialist, background and security clearance, and research experience.
Chrissy is one of our active Legal Services Technicians. With over 30 years of local and federal law enforcement experience, she has the knowledge and passion needed to serve legal documents, perform mobile fingerprinting, and mobile notaries with the utmost professionalism.
